I would like to take this opportunity to firstly thank you all for all your patience, help and support through my accreditation paperwork etc. It has been so reassuring to always have a friendly voice to help guide me through the various requirements to the achieve accreditation. You all took the stress out of it all and made it easy for me. It has been much appreciated.

We especially enjoyed the white board exercise that (the auditor) conducted with the group... it brought a lot of elements in our quality system together. Seeing it in this light was energising.
