National Panel of Assessors (NPA)

The National Panel of Assessors (NPA) program requires audits of providers against the National Standards of Disability Services (NSDS).

The NPA program provides the following assessment services:

Ongoing Support Assessments for Inclusive Employment Australia participants who:

  • have achieved 26-weeks of employment
  • are likely to need ongoing support to keep their job.

Supported Wage System provides a reliable wage assessment based on productivity.

Workplace Modifications Services assessments recommend modifications to help people with disability do their work. Modifications could include equipment or assistive technology.

NPA audits include remote initial, and remote recertification audits every three years.
