Training and information resources are now available in relation to the introduction of the Family and Child Connect services, and amendments to Queensland’s Child Protection Act 1999. The resources referred to below have been developed to provide information and guidance to support the Stronger Families reforms to Queensland’s child protection system.
These initiatives formally commenced Monday 19 January 2015.
It is hoped that the resources will provide assistance to individuals and organisations to understand what the changes are, and how they may impact upon organisation’s work with families.
The resources can be located at DCCSDS Govnet website
